Timed ghosting is a must in your training, here are three examples of the benefits and/or areas you will improve:
1. Realistic effort simulation, similar to match rhythm (e.g., 30s work, 10s rest)
2. Cognitive: Visualizing the shot you're playing to, step by step, automate it
3. Physical: Make sure your movement is efficient (speed) and your position is stable (balance) especially when increasing the rhythm
