Squash Training Tips for Amateur Training

Writer's picture: Squash SystemsSquash Systems

Here are three tips on what an Amateur Player should be working on:

1. Positioning: Make sure you don’t jump into the corners and end up to close to the ball.

2. Wrist movement: Make sure your wrist movement is not excessive to hit the ball properly. (A lose wrist will most likely make you hit the sidewall)

3. Target hitting: Start practicing hitting the ball constantly into a specific targeted zone. It’s time to start thinking where the ball should go exactly and why.
