Squash Training Ghosting

Squash ghosting exercises can be either dynamic or static in nature. The dynamic variant focuses on developing physical attributes such as plyometrics and explosivity, while the static variant aims to enhance physical strength and stability. Additionally, the static variant provides an excellent opportunity to practice visualizing your shots.

Here are three key factors to consider for your ghosting sessions:

1- Determination: Always strive to improve a specific aspect of your game, such as the positioning of your penultimate step.

2- Cognitive focus: Emphasize visualizing the shot you're playing during your ghosting sessions.

3- Diversification: Vary the distances, speed, repetition amount, and other factors depending on which aspect of your game you want to improve.
