Squash Training Feeding Sessions

Here are three factors for a good Feeding session (Slow Motion video):

Realistic effort simulation: Ensure that you are simulating realistic effort by using proper moving patterns and time intervals. (30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Adaptation: The feeder, who can also be a second player, should adjust their shot depending on which area of the court you are aiming to improve, whether it be the front, middle, or back.

Focus: It is important to have a specific focus on what you want to improve and not attempt to improve multiple things simultaneously. (For example, "my focus for this session is the orientation of the shoulders before hitting the ball")
